Over the last few years there has been an increase in what appears to be demand in customers wanting ‘instant’ app based minicabs.

There appears to be a myth that the cost of an app based minicab like ‘uber ‘will always be cheaper!

I can inform you that this is NOT the case. companies like Uber will base their fares on demand e.g. peak hours tend to be significantly more expensive. So what you will find is that your more traditional minicab companies will give you a fixed fare. Whereas for the same journey you can at times pay anything up to 30% more than a traditional company like ours.

Lets put this into perspective a morning peak hour fare for a Saloon vehicle from us at Transfers4airports could cost £42 say from Tower Hamlets East London to London Stansted airport and the same journey with an Uber at the same time, same destination and same vehicle often costs around 30% more.
